American Tae Kwon Do is a mixed
martial arts system taught in East
Central Indiana. This martial arts
system should not be confused with
the ATA or American Tae Kwon Do
Association.
American Tae
Kwon Do is a blend of Karate and Tae
Kwon Do. American Tae Kwon Do uses
the hands and feet pretty equally.
The curriculum for American Tae Kwon
Do includes History, Kihon, Kumite,
Kata, Self Defense, One and Two Step
Fighting Techniques, and tournament
preparation.
